Is anyone else having issues with standard payroll. Pay day in 2 days and we cannot access payroll

When we go into payroll and select run payroll it is taking us to the loading page but had a message of "this might take a while" for over an hour. Tried all the usual clear cookies, incognito window and nothing helps. Quickbooks chat have advised there is an issue but no time frame to fix it

Hello userlynnelaurie,  Our standard payroll engineering team is dealing with a similar case at the moment. They have asked if you can try on a browser on a different device or at a nonpeak time? The time should be less than 60 seconds even in peak periods to load that page. but it can vary in peak periods. We do see you mentioned an hour we are just being asked if you could try a non-peak time to make sure.
