Prepare your new blank QBO account

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/UK

then visit the following reference

Due to the limitations of the process, you should consider purchasing a third-party service to convert data with non-core transactions (e.g. estimates, purchase orders, custom fields, attachments).

Hi there, babs2513. I'm here to share additional details.

Fiat Lux - ASIA is right. We'll need a QuickBooks Online account to transfer your data from Xero to QuickBooks. Since you already have set up your client as a new QuickBooks Online company (essential), you can directly go to the article shared by Fiat Lux - ASIA. That link will serve as a guide when converting data.

Also, we can check for any third-party apps available through these steps:

  1. On the left panel, go to Apps.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Search for apps.

Or, we can directly visit this link: QuickBooks App Store.

Additionally, do check our Help articles page to learn some tips and tricks in managing your QBO effectively: QuickBooks Online Help articles.

If you have other concerns or questions in the future, especially with converting data, you can always get back to me. I'll be here to help you.
