Is paysuite not available in quickbooks anymore? I am wanting to add payroll, some of my employees are paid every two weeks, this isnt available in basic payroll?

To answer your first question, PaySuite is still available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). These articles have more information:

 

 

As for the second question, if you're trying to turn on or add QBO Payroll, you can only change the pay schedule if:

 

  • There's no payroll that was submitted yet, or.
  • The first payroll was deleted.

 

Here's how:

 

1. In QuickBooks, go to the Gear icon and pick Account and Settings under Your Company column
2. Select Payroll at the left pane, then click Pay schedule.
3. Enter the necessary changes, then Save.
