Currently, we've received similar cases and reports about the payroll report not pulling up and having that error. Let me direct you to the best help possible.

If you wish to be notified of the updates of the reported cases through email, you can contact QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll Support and add you to the affected users list. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
2. Select the Search tab, then Contact Us.
3. Choose your topic or click Ask about something else.
4. Specify your concern. Then, click Continue.
5. Pick how you want to connect with us. Either Callback or Chat with us.
