Thanks for making it here, thiago_vboas.

So far, we haven't received similar cases about loading issues with payroll page in QuickBooks Online. To better isolate this behavior, we can perform some basic browser troubleshooting steps.

As an initial step, let's use a private browser to see if the issue is caused by an overloaded data in your default browser's cache. Below are the keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:

  • Google Chrome: press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If that works, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This is to refresh your browser and delete the files that are affecting the product performance. Otherwise, use other supported browser.

I want to make sure this gets resolved. Let me know the results as I'm always here whenever you need more help. Wish you have a good one.

Hi Charles,

it didn't work, even using a different browser.

I attached a screen grab of what I get when using it.

Hope it helps

Thanks

Thiago
