It's not allowing we to add payroll just keeps loading

QuickBooks Online collects cache files to save you time while loading repetitive information. These files can sometimes become outdated/corrupted, leading to unusual issues that affect system functionalities. We can perform some steps here to get this fixed.


First, try to open your QBO account using an incognito or private window for testing. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Then check if you can now add payroll. If it works, you’ll want to clear your main browser’s cache. Doing this helps our applications run better and more efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative except for Internet Explorer.
