Welcome back to the Community, @JohnatYoungEngineers.

To ensure that I'm on the same page, may I know when you migrated from PaySuite to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Standard/Advanced Payroll? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.

Once you upgraded or migrated, PaySuite will be unavailable as we move your data to your chosen payroll product. Also, everything should be moved over a day after. You can see them by going to the Employees menu in QBO.

For more information, consider checking out this article: Upgrading from PaySuite - FAQ.

Please leave a comment by clicking the Reply button below if you have any other issues or concerns. I'll be here to answer them. Have a wonderful weekend!

We ran and approved the March payroll on Saturday 28 March, after which I took a backup as suggested by yourselves. You informed us that you would migrate us to the new Standard payroll on Tuesday 7 April and you seem to have done so. The Payroll screen shows that the March payroll is overdue and states that there are 2 outstanding submissions to HMRC.

In addition there are duplicate records for many of our employees, although much of the employees information is missing on the duplicates.
