Missing Payroll Journals

August payroll did not post any journals.

I have not got Closed books turned on

I have deleted and re submitted payroll

I have not migrated to payroll.

I have opened QB in an incognito window

I have attempted all the instructions provided by QB experts, but to no avail.

Does anyone know if there is an issue with QB at the moment or is it something I am doing wrong?

Please help.

This has been sorted and QB engineers are aware of the problem.

The journal's numbering system needs a re-boot!

How I reset my payroll journals:

~I deleted my payroll.

~Produced a dummy journal, It is crucial that you change the journal number to something like 1234

check that the journal was saved.

~Re-run payroll.

~Payroll journals should appear with consecutive numbers you chose for your dummy journal.

~ Delete the dummy journal once satisfied.

Hello JD01234,

Welcome to the Community page,

In order to help you can you tell us which payroll it is you are using in your Quickbooks, is it our standard payroll or our Advanced payroll?
