My client has set up payroll in 2018/19 but used HMRC Basic Tools. Now wants to use QB payroll in 19/20. how do we change QB from 18/19 without resubmitting every month?

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

Are you using QuickBooks Payroll or PaySuite? You can check this by opening the employees tab - 'powered by PaySuite' will be displayed across the top if using PaySuite.

On QuickBooks Payroll, you will have to run every payroll and skip the submission.

On PaySuite, you can do the same, or set up a new payroll starting from 19/20.
