My issue is still there about the payroll, and charge me 2 months right now, please arrange the refund and i have to choose the basic payroll from HMRC, thank you

We’ll have to perform some troubleshooting steps to determine why you’re having issues running payroll via Safari or a Mac device. This process requires us to collate personal data to access an account.

Once identified and the solution is available, they’ll walk you through the steps on how to apply the permanent fix.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. Enter your concern in the field box. For example, can’t run payroll using a Mac device.
  3. Click the Continue button to see the list of support options.
  4. From there, choose any of the following: Chat or Callback.
