My Payroll won't run since migrated to new Basic Payroll last week

I had to migrate my payroll last week, an advisor talked me through it and it was scheduled to do it on 2nd April. I assume that has happened although I haven't had a message to confirm that. Not when I select Employees from the menu my screen looks like this:

 

I have cleared my cache etc and it still does the same thing. Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Hello, @interimba.

 

I've checked in our records and found an ongoing investigation about not being to run payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineers are now all hands on deck working together to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

 

For now, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. This way, they'll be able to add you to the list of affected users and automatically receive an email notification with the latest updates.
