Question

My staff are paid hourly, same hours per month with possible additions/ deductions. slips arent showing these variations. I outsource. Is this a software fault?

They tell me I need to get better/ more expensive software. However its a legal requirement to itemise payslips so presumably the software can do it. Is it operator error?!

Hi Marky

 

If you are outsourcing your payroll then you will have to contact the provider. The payroll systems that we use have deductions and additional payments shown on the payslips.

Thanks for your swift reply.

 

I spoke to them this morning and they say it doesnt do it!

 

Would me changing it to salary make any difference or  are they just inputing it incorrectly do you think?

We appreciate that you have outsourced the payroll however are they using a QuickBooks payroll  system or another software?
