My UK payslips fail to get published. All I get is a message 'An error occurred while publishing pay slips'. It doesn't help me fix the issue. What needs to be done?

Thank you for letting us know that you are experiencing this behaviour. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible. 

With this said, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to receive an update and give this reference number (INV-48688). One of our support agents will add you to the list of affected users.

In the meantime, while we are working on this, you can download the payslips manually to your pc and send them outside of QuickBooks Online (QBO) as an attachment.
