Need to know if I have to turn on RPI

I have just migrated over to new payroll and I need to run it today. My employees migrated over fine but I need to know if I have to set up RPI or whether it happens automatically when Im migrated. Please help.

In order for me to provide an accurate resolution, I'd like to know more about your concern. What do you mean by RPI and how would it affect your payroll taxes?
