Hating this new payroll system.

When I view an employee, their pay history is not showing.

Doing some digging I have now found none of the payrolls have submitted to hmrc since we were switched in August. This is getting ridiculous

I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, @dale123.  I see how frustrating it can be when your payroll isn’t submitting to HMRC. Don't worry, we'll figure out a way to fix this.

Please know that QuickBooks will notify you before you migrate to payroll core. Thus, you need to ensure your payroll submissions before the switch to the new system.

In your case,  it seems like you're unable to submit the payroll before the migration. For more information, check out this article: Introducing QuickBooks Core Payroll: your new payroll experience

Regarding the pay history, this information should be available in the employee record. I recommend double-checking your payroll setup to ensure everything is accurate. However, if you're still unable to view the pay history, I suggest you to contact our Customer Care team for more in-depth assistance. You can reach them through your QuickBooks Online account.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select Search, then enter your question in the box and hit Contact Us.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us.

Our phone support is available 8.00 AM - 7.00 PM Monday - Friday or message them live Monday to Friday 8.00 AM - 10.00 PM, and Saturday & Sunday 8.00 AM - 6.00 PM

Also, to help you stay on track moving forward, QuickBooks provides several payroll reports that offer a detailed overview of gross pay, deductions, and tax data. Here are some articles that you might find useful:

Please let me know if you have any further questions about managing your payroll or any other QuickBooks concerns, @dale123. I'd be happy to provide further help.
