Can I still run payroll if I have not yet been issued with PAYE reference number from HMRC?

Hello Monty250, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

You can run the payroll but not submit it you can do that at a later date when you get the details and put down the excuse of being reasonable when you submit the FPS.
