Not received my vouchers for signing up for payroll

I checked the terms of the email and I did comply, has anyone else had this issue or received the vouchers (£50 amazon voucher) or a contact info to have this looked into 
Email sent from QuickBooks on 11th May promotion  April to 31st may

Double-check the email inbox you use for your QuickBooks account. Sometimes, vouchers may go to spam folders. If you weren't able to find it there, it's best to contact our Customer Care Team so they can look into this for you and ensure you receive the voucher upon signing up for a QuickBooks account. This approach allows them to review the email you've received, and verify its authenticity, and once confirmed, they can assist you in claiming it successfully. 
 

You can reach them by following the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
