Not sure how but maybe I was testing Quickbooks for my company, I have 2 quickbooks accounts - I been charged on both over last 3 months. Could you help with the charges?

Before you do so, you can log in to your test company and cancel your subscription if it's no longer needed. This will stop any future charges from accruing.

When you're done, contact our support by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose a way to connect: Chat or Callback.
