Question

On iOS pdfs which are visible as attachments on QBO bills aren’t showing. Is there a setting I’ve missed somewhere? Thanks in advance

Hi there, user16100.

I'm glad to see you here in QuickBooks Community to assist you with any concerns you may have.

Currently, there's no option to see the Bills feature in the Quickbooks app. You can only see Expenses for supplier transactions. However, I suggest going to the attachments section by clicking on the Main/Hamburger menu. From there, you'll be able to see the list of attachments from all entries in QuickBooks Online.

If you're unable to see all attachments, I recommend resetting the app to refresh its data. The stored data on the app can sometimes cause unusual behavior.

Here's how:

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Press on Refresh Data.
  3. Click on Refresh.

However, if the problem continues after performing the steps above, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to open your data in a clean slate.

Please know I’m only a post away if you need further assistance. Thanks for dropping by and take care!
