One of our active employees does not appear on the payee list as an employee when I go to record the payment of her salary. Any ideas?

Hello John, thanks for reaching out to the Community. Are you using QuickBooks payroll or are you just recording a salary payment outside of payroll? Have you paid this employee the same way before? If you are using the payroll function, do you have only one payroll scheduled (for example weekly/monthly) or do you have multiple? Sorry for all the questions just wanting to make sure we understand the situation fully. Thanks
