P60s for 2019/20 are wrong following migration from Paysuite to Advanced Payroll

Details in the National Insurance section of P60s are wrong.

Hello there, alan34,

 

You'll want to review the employee's previous payroll or YTD if it's correct. Once confirmed, and you're still getting wrong information for P60, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support.

 

Provide the difference from the employee's payroll and what you see on P60.

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter wrong P60 information, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select from Start a message or Get a callback.
