Pay period dates wrong

Hi, so today I made my first ever mistake with payroll...

I was putting through my month 27-05-2019 to 23-06-2019 and I accidently set the dates a month early, so somehow put through 28/04/2019 to 27/05/2019.

I have submitted this already to HMRC via quickbooks new advanced payroll, is there any way that I can fix this ? ASAP ?

Let's get you to the right support team who currently handle payroll corrections.

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Team so they can change the pay period for you. By doing so, you'll be able to re-submit your returns to the HMRC with the correct information. They're open M-F from 8 AM to 8 PM BST.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click the Help button at the right top.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Chat or Call us.
