PAYE not showing correctly

This is the first payment run.  I do not understand why this is showing the PAYE at -1551.29.  The weekly pay is £450.  It's saying the Net Pay is £2002.29.  I have entered the previous pay and tax from their last job.
I have attached the screenshots.
Can anyone advise?

It is showing as a tax refund. Are you using the correct tax calculation method for the employee? You can check it from the Employee profile>tax information section. If the tax calculation method is set to cumulative method it will assess an employee's total gross pay for the tax year calculate the tax due. If the tax calculation is set to W1/M1 it will calculate the employee's tax based on the total gross pay for the current pay period you are running.
