Paying Employees (timesheet) in internet banking via QBO or QBDT is possible as it’s in the US version?

Hi everyone. I have QB Essential, Advanced Payroll, QBT, and PensionSync. 
My employees get paid by timesheet, and so far I’m happy with QB, I might even set up timesheet import to pay run successfully, but I only will able to find that out in the next pay run. 

My question is, can I pay the employees weekly wages calculated by timesheet via QBPR, QBO or QBDT using the company bank account that been set up as payment setup? Likewise in the US version? If not yet, will it be available anytime soon and when if yes? 
My QB pack cost me quite a lot of £ and I expect it to help me run my business as fluently as possible. 
At the moment I’m about 70% happy with the app. 

So, if it is possible in the UK version to pay the employee wages from Quickbooks, than how to set that up?

I have just the steps to help you, JCT1.

 

In the UK version of QuickBook, it's possible to pay employees through BACS. You can set it up by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to Payroll > Payroll Settings > Payment Settings.
  2. Click Add to set up a bank account you'll use to pay your employees.
    • File Format (either standard BACS format or bank-specific)
    • Sort Code
    • Account Number
    • Account Name
    • Submission Reference (description of the payroll payment appears on your employee’s bank statement)
    • Service User Number (SUN)
  3. Hit Save.

Let me share additional inform about BACS and how QuickBooks handles it.

 

BACS is a popular electronic payment schemes in sending and receiving payments. It's responsible for  the two of the most popular payment methods used by businesses:  

  • Direct Credit 
  • Direct Debit

Just a heads-up, the ability to register and set up Bacs within QuickBooks is not available. You'd want to access the BACS website  and manually set it up through your online banking website. You can visit the following sites as additional references about BACS:
