Payroll 2023-2024 Gone

Hi,

I have tried doing the P32 & EPS Reports this week but the 2023-2024 tax year has completely vanished.

I spoke to an advisor who has opened a case but I really need to submit the EPS to HMRC. 
the advisor said he has had another call on this. 
Anyone else had this and rectified?

I appreciate you getting back to this thread, amiep1. Let me share an update regarding the report made about this matter.

 

Our engineering team has completed their review of the cases, and I wanted to let you know that the system is working as designed.

 

If there are no entries or filings dated within the 23/24 tax year, the EPS dropdown will not populate. If so, you may generate an empty pay run within that period and finalize it to populate the EPS year in the dropdown. Once done, proceed to EPS submission.

 

Additionally, you can contact our Support Team for any additional queries. We'll operate on Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Satiuday-Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
