Payroll

Quickbooks has changed the system of payroll.

I used to be able to mark an employee with zero hours and run a report.

Now it won't let me run a report with imputing hours. I need to send reports regardless otherwise I get charged. Anyone else having this issue?

Let me provide some details when running payroll, Taylored.

When you say your employee has no hours, do you mean he didn't work for those specific hours? If so, you can always uncheck the box beside his name to exclude him from your payroll.

You can check out this article for more information on how to run payroll. It includes a video for your reference: Create And Run Your Payroll.

On top of that, after you've processed payroll, learn how to find reports about your employee's information, such as wages, taxes, and deductions. Consider browsing this article for more details: Run Payroll Reports.
