Thanks for visiting us here today, @Chandramani123456.

I'll share the steps on how you can process an 'Ad hoc' pay run and Employee Payment Summary (EPS). To begin with, creating an 'Ad hoc' pay run is as simple as ticking a box when creating a normal pay run.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Create a pay run. Then, tick Manually add employees to this pay run.
  2. Select Add Employees and then pick the employees that you would like to include in the pay run.
  3. Tap the Add Some Employees link or go to the Pay Run Actions tab and then Add Employees.
  4. Once done, click Close.

About EPS, this can only be sent between the 6th and 19th of the month. In your case, you'll have to wait till the next month to make the submission (or this coming May 19). Since EPS is cumulative, all you have to do is submit the current payment. This will include the previous overdue payments.

I believe this is in Advanced Payroll.  How do I run an ad hoc payroll in tne standard version?

We have an employee who has been given notice and we need to make a payment of one month's from day of dismissal as a 'payment in lieu' but this needs to be paid within 7 days and our next monthly payment run would not be until end February (we pay on 28th for the whole month).

Thanks
