Hi,

 

We've recently swapped over to Quickbooks, I'm processing the office staff wages for the first time and I've noticed that for some reason Quickbooks isn't caculating the NI deductions correctly. 

 

I have previous payslips in front of me, PAYE & Pension deductions are exactly the same but for some reason the NI deduction is less than they've been deducted before.

Hi David, have you entered the NI year to date information for each employee within their employee pay history settings? For reassurance, you can also double-check the calculation in QB against HMRC's PAYE calculator, as these should match.
