Payroll and employees have disappeared from my account which ive been using for two years everything else is working

Hello Abster, there is an investigation on this as standard payroll has gone down at the moment, we are working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible, we have added you onto the investigation created by our senior technicians, reference INV-56645 and any updates will be sent via email. 

 

EDIT- this issue was resolved in March 2021

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies, close the browser down, reload it and log into your account and see if the payroll and employees tav reappear for you. This link here will help you.

I am having the same problem after running the year end payroll. I have cleared cache and cookies but it's still not working? I can't see anything under the payroll tab and no payroll reports available.

Everything else is working ok
