Payroll gross to net report wont download in new Quickbook standard payroll

Ran the payroll and trying to down load the report gross to net but getting nothing. This is in the new Quickbooks standard payroll that we have been forced to take. Any ideas how to get this working?

Thanks for reaching to the Community.

 

When saying "getting nothing" is the report not loading or is the report loading but has no data on? If there's no data check you have not filtered the report to an incorrect date range etc. If the report is not loading at all would you try some trouble shooting steps? Could you Clear your Cache and cookies and let us know how you get on, Please see link if your unsure how to do this.

 

Have you ran a Payroll yet in the Standard?

First payroll done to confirm and submit. Tried 3 different browers and other machine and it does not work. The report you click download and it does nothing no report absolutely nothing happens. I could download this report when I had paysuite but now had to convert I can't. What is wrong?

I appreciate you sharing with us the steps you’ve performed to resolve the issue. To identify the root cause, I have to view your company.


I don’t want your personal data lying in a public forum for security reasons. I suggest contacting our QBO Care Team since they have tools to check why you’re unable to download the report.


One of our specialists will guide you through the steps on how to fix the issue. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  3. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  4. Choose any of the following: Chat or Call us.
