Payroll hours
Hi Everyone
I’m trying to find a streamlined way to upload my employee hours to payroll.
We use standard payroll and QB online.
Currently we make a note of the hours worked by our team in a paper diary and when it’s time to run payroll I flick through the pages and add up the hours to then input on the payroll. Very tiresome!
Is there a way to input the hours worked for each employee at the end of a shift? Ie Employee #1 0900-1530, Employee #2 0800-1415.
Then when it comes time to run payroll the hours and pay are already calculated and ready to be run?
