Payroll Journal Missing

I ran payroll at the end of November and I am now reconciling the month, but two of the employees I ran payroll for are on the bank statement but missing off quickbooks. I have checked the Payroll details report and they are there, but there are no journal transactions for either of these employees.
I can create new journals, but I want to make sure I haven't missed something first.

Currently, we're receiving reports from other users that they're unable to see the complete list of payroll journal entries last November. Rest assured that our product engineers are actively working to resolve this timely. 

 

As an alternative, you can manually create the missing journals for your two employees. 

 

I want to make sure you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. With this, I’d suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They will add your account info to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified via email once updates are available. Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern under What can we help you with?.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with a live agent. 

 

There are three payroll versions for QBO UK. I'd suggest clicking the appropriate link below depending on the payroll service you're using. Once clicked, it provides you resource links on how to effectively manage your payroll and employees in the program.
