Payroll Liabilities

I am using QBO and I have an outstanding amount in my payroll liabilities and can't see how to clear it.  The amounts owning are paid and matched to the journal entries but they are still sitting there.  How do I get them cleared?

Can you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and you will be able to set up a screenshare with the agent so they can have a look and see what your seeing and get it resolved for you. The line is open mon to fri 8am til 7pm.
