Please can someone tell me what the password for a payslip would be if the employee only has 3 characters in their surname?

As QB says the password takes the first 4 characters of their surname

Thanks

Hi Pearl60,

I can certainly help you here.

If your employee's surname is less than 4 characters long, please use the full surname along with the first 4 characters of the National Insurance number to open the payslips.

Let me know if you need anything further
