Hi....When I print out the payslips our company address is not showing correctly - how can I amend this please?

Hello WenLou, If you go to the settings cog in the top right>account and settings>company>contact info> do the correct details show in that section? Is it standard payroll you are using? Thanks


Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in and add some tips for what to do if the company address is not showing/showing incorrectly on the pay slips. If you can firstly check in the company settings that the address is entered correctly(cog in the top right>account and settings>company>contact info. If it is correct if you could copy the details, delete them>save the section>then go back in and re-add the address and then save it again. Once done if you can try running a dummy pay run. If the problem persists please reach out to us here and we'll take further steps to resolve that for you.

Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to fix your company address on payslips so we can get you back in working order. To do so, you'll have to update the address in the Work Location that's associated with the employee. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Payroll Settings.
  2. Select Work Locations under Business Information.
  3. Click the address that you need to change.
  4. From there, enter the correct address.
  5. Once done, click Save. 

 

You may also want to reach out to our Payroll Support team to further assist you in fixing your company address. They can securely pull up your account and help you with the process.
