Question

Payslips have not been emailed this month even though the send payslips button was selected and the status says they have been sent. Is there a problem?

This has been reported as an ongoing issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO). A ticket (INV-44987) has been created and forwarded to our Product Engineers. They're now investigating and working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our Engineers determine the number of affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once this has been resolved. I'll also inform you here when we get the update as well.

  1. In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.
