Paysuite migration

I have scheduled paysuite migration for today however when I try to download my data it still shows a blue circle how do I know if this is wowking?  I need to run weekly payroll tomorrow.  Also should I have printed P60's before migration?

Hi Laura, 

 

Thanks for joining us here on the Community. 

 

The p60s will be in the downloaded data, if the data does not download we can raise a request to recover this for you as the data should have been downloaded prior to the migration date. 

 

The migration itself can take up to 24 hours, so this will be completed by tomorrow to allow you to run the payroll.
