Pensions in advanced payroll

I have synced our Advanced Payroll with our pension provider, Peoples Pension and it seems to calculate the amounts as per the government advice as expected. 

However a number of our employees make additional pension contributions on top of the minimum amount but I see no way to override the % amounts shown? Do I need to disconnect from Peoples Pension to get this feature to appear or is there another way of doing this?

I'll make sure you're able to override the pension percentage for your employee. Since the payroll information is in sync with QBO Advanced payroll, it is best to contact People's Pension Support. That way, they can walk you through adding the amount.
