Plan 2 student loans

Hi,

 

I've set up 2 staff members for student loans repayments - plan 2.  First month it took out the correct amount but on the 2nd month it took 10 times the amount that should have been.  Can anyone advise how this can be amended?  Many thank, Louise

So we would need more information on this to help you. You might be better off ringing the helpline on 0808 234 5337, the lines are open until 7pm and then you will be able to set up a screenshare with the agent and they will be able to have a look into this for you and have a look into each section as well to see if it is all correct for you. 


Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in and add an update for future viewers of this thread in case they come up with the same problem with their student loan Plan2 over calculating. This was raised to our senior team who found the issue was caused by HMRC adjustments the user had imported or added in manually. The user was then guided how to delete this earning line from the pay run and re-calculate and then re-run the payroll which resolved the issue.

Any questions or if you have a similar issue which is not resolved by the above let us know and we'll be happy to take a look.

Can we ask which payroll it is you are using is it Advanced payroll or is it Standard payroll?

Hello Louise, have you tried unlocking the payrun, removed the employees and added them back in again? what are the amounts of the wages in the 2nd month can you send us some screenshots of what you are seeing please.
