Question

Quick books advanced payroll. How do I hide leave & sick accrual on my payslips? I have tried turning this off in pay slip settings but they are still showing.

Hello, @joannacleanco.

At this time, we aren't able to hide the leave and sick accrual on payslips. I understand the importance of this feature to your business. I'll take note of this and pass along the information to our product engineers. This way, they'll know what our customers needed and might consider the feature in the coming updates.

What's the point of the setting then ?

Actually it does work, it just takes a few minutes !!!! Just Re-Run payroll as a test and they are gone.

Just got to sort out all the other annoying things, like address lines duplicating (have to manually enter them as the lookup does work well)

I have just moved to QuickBooks Online from Desktop and i'm sure no one in Intuit actually uses it, as I have found so many annoying things !.  (and bugs)  - Million of users using it and hating it !

Ian I agree its awful compared to desktop.  Am currently looking around for an alternative... it isn't user friendly at all!

I have turned them off will look again at pay slips.... My staff get a wage that differs each fortnight & is not paid hourly really, this programme is not at all suited for my needs!
