Quickbooks won't advance to next period. I've completed all actions needed for this FY.

Hello Hayley,

 

The update for Paysuite that will allow you to advance into the next tax year will be released tomorrow, so please try this again then.

Is it giving you an error message, can you add a screenshot of what you're seeing when trying to advance?

Hi

 

I too have ran my end of year payroll (monthly pay) and have done all the necessary submissions/form printing etc and I too can not advance to next period ie 2019/20 month 1.

 

Is it to do with paysuite not updating the system yet???

 

Can anyone please help

Yes, it has to do with the Paysuite year-end update. They will release it this coming March 20, 2019. Your next period will be advanced by then.

 

As for QuickBooks Online Payroll subscribers, the updates will be released tomorrow, March 19, 2019.
