RTI submission error

Hi, I was trying to submit my RTI in QBO payroll, but this error message always appears. Could anyone shed me some idea why this error occurring?

The Error 1046: Authentication Failure occurs when the user credentials have neem rejected by the Government Gateway. To get pass through this, make sure to review the following:

  • Correct user ID and password.  
  • Password must be greater than 12 digits.
  • The Government Gateway is activated.

You can try to directly access the HMRC website to review the above-mentioned. This link will route you to the website: http://www.gateway.gov.uk/
