Setting up payroll

Hello, is it possible to do a bi-weekly pay run in Quickbooks? While setting up it only offers the options of weekly or monthly. Can I change this or if I set it up as weekly can we still pay employees every two weeks?

Hello AAllan, Are you using Standard or Advanced payroll? You would be able to set up a fortnightly payroll in the latter payroll but not in the Standard version only weekly and/or monthly,

Good to know. I have just started the set up process for payroll, clicked on Standard Payroll but have not gone all the way through. How do I go back and select Advance Payroll?

Hello AAllan, You may be able to just upgrade it, if you go to account and settings and billing and subscription if you click on the payroll subscription. If that does not let you just give us a call on 08082345337 and our care team will send you out a declaration to confirm the change and arrange for the payroll to be moved to advanced.
