All pay runs finalised, but the report contains nothing.

But of course that was not a payment that gets reimbursed

Hello Oliver,

When submitting Employer Payment Summary (EPS), it doesn't include the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). Hence, your EPS report shows blank or empty. Also, marking the employee SSP will automatically reflect on the FPS you sent to HMRC which they are already notified for it.

You can also use this link for reference about the process: Employer Payment Summary (EPS) in QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.

Hi Oliver

Have you submitted any payruns that requires an EPS to be submitted e.g. have any employees claimed for a statutory payment?
