sick pay how to record total days and discretionary sick pay

Hi

The charity i work for has a policy of paying full pay for the first 4 weeks sick , then 1/2 pay  for 4 weeks then ssp. Can you advise how to track and process this on QB Advanced payrol please. I understand how the ssp bit works
