Question

Since the recent payroll update, Quickbooks Online will not match bank transactions for net pay with the payroll journals. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi andrew139 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. Have you mapped the payroll journal to the correct accounts within the accounting section of the payroll settings? Select the cog/gear icon from the main page > payroll settings > accounting > in the 'Payroll payment and payroll tax payments' section ensure that your bank account is listed.

I have the same issue. In the payroll settings the correct bank account is listed but none of the transactions can be matched.
