SPP for week two isn't showing in standard payroll

I have inputted the employee details for SPP. Last week wasn't a problem, the spp came up.

 

However this week it isn't there, this should be week 2 of spp.

 

I have input the following details for the employee

 

First day of leave - 13-6-22

Last day of leave 25-6-22

Due date- 25-6-22

Birth date- 4-6-22

Average weekly earnings-411

 

Anyone any ideas what's gone wrong?

Hello there, @Laurab22.

 

As long as you're eligible for Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), it'll show up in the system.

 

  • Must be classed as an employee and be on your payroll earning at least £120 a week (gross) in an 8 week ‘relevant period’ (paternity pay only).
  • Have been continuously employed by you for at least 26 weeks up to any day in the ‘qualifying week’.
  • Give you the correct notice.

 

If you've set it up properly and the same thing happens, you can have our Support Team look into this matter in detail. Please reach out to them using the Help icon within your QuickBooks Online company.
