Hi

Our standard payroll has stopped working - we have been told we have too many employees so need to upgrade.

pretty shocked to find there is no easy way to do this.

 

any tips on how to blk export then import the employee data?

will our staff be able to see their last payslips when we upgrade?

does it really take 7-10 days to get the upgrade?

 

Any help appreciated!

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

If you have a look at this link it tells you how to export all your employee data out of standard payroll. 

You will need to download the payslips as we don’t keep them for you. 

Yes that is correct it can take up to 7 to 10 business days for the migration from standard to advanced to be completed. 

 

If you wish to migrate upgrade from standard to advanced you will need to ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and they will be able to gather some information off you and raise the request up for this to be completed for you.
