Student loan ticked but not deducting

using: Advanded online payroll

Hi

I have not a second warning from HMRC for not deducting student loan from employee.

The option is ticked, i have unticed+ticked and re-saved a few times.

Plan 2 is selected, Student Loan deductions to continue < ticked

The employee has enough earnings and the system is still not deducting/reporting.

 

I have now selected plan1 to see if this works with next payroll... although its the wrong plan

Hello Blade, can we check are you using the advanced payroll and if so when you unticked and resaved did you then click on recalculate on the pay run employee do they have just that student loan or do they have any other loans like a post graduate loan? Thanks
