Submit EPS for previous years.

Hi there,

I seemed to have claimed Employment Allowance in error and need to submit a EPS for previous years to correct the mistake.

I'm using Payroll Online Basic.

Hi Adam, it's not possible to submit an EPS for previous tax years on QuickBooks standard payroll. For the current tax year, you can rollback the payroll, amend the EA settings, and then re-run this to date and resubmit the EPS between the 6th - 19th of the following tax month. However, you may wish to contact HMRC to see if they have an alternate procedure that you can follow to correct this.
